What if you could find a way to make long overdue changes at work that really matter?
|
In the decades that Dr. Mary Jen Meerdink has been working with individuals and organizations, one of the biggest challenges she saw was the amount of energy and opportunity that is unnecessarily wasted when people do not have an effective process for getting from endless discussion to actually getting things done!
Dr. Mary Jen designed “The 8 Steps to (Actually) Getting Something Done” and has since taught hundreds of people to successfully apply it in order to accomplish the things that matter most to them, both professionally and personally.
Completing “The 8 Steps to (Actually) Getting Something Done” Workshop will provide you with a simple but powerful process to get you from “bogged down” to “moving forward” in every arena of your life!
In this workshop, we will meet four times over four weeks and learn how to make yourself irresistible to the people you most need to engage and influence to (actually) get things accomplished, both at work and at home.
This is not a “theoretical” workshop. If you have ever worked with Dr. Mary Jen before, you know that this workshop will be a dynamic, “hands-on” experience. Each week (and between our sessions,) you will be learning and applying “The 8 Steps” in ways that truly matter to you in your life.
Every participant will be expected to come with several things they would like to (actually) get done in their life. These may be large or small, work-related or personal, but you must bring something you are willing to practice within the group. The more it matters to you, the more you will get from your experience!
