We All Have Things In Our Lives That We Want To Change.
Some Are Small, Others Large.
Some We Seem To Spend Our Entire Lives Trying To Make Different...
Why do so many sincere change efforts fail? What gets in our way, keeping us from achieving things that would make our lives more satisfying? Why can’t we sustain changes we make in our lives, even when we sincerely want them to “stick?”
The “Paradox of Change” workshop is a four-session workshop designed to answer these questions and more. It will offer you some powerful “maps” and proven strategies for finally having success in making and sustaining the changes in your life that matter most to you!
This workshop will be a dynamic, “hands-on” experience. In each session (and between sessions), participants will have the opportunity for supported practice of what they are learning, to make the ideas behind the paradox of change into practice in ‘real life.’
Every participant will be expected to come with some things in their life that they would like to change. These may be simple or complex, “large” or “small,” as long as you bring something you are willing to practice within the group.
